Job Description:
The Membership Director is responsible for the team leadership as well as sales and marketing efforts for Outrigger’s member program(s).
Sales leadership is focused on growing the membership base, enhancing the program value as well as developing membership sales managers.
This role will identify the annual sales and marketing initiatives to ensure annual marketing and revenue goals are achieved.
Specific responsibilities include overseeing marketing efforts while working in conjunction with the corporate team, sales, in hotel marketing, overseeing the membership desks on property as well as membership communications. They will interact with both internal and external customers to achieve membership brand clarity and delivery of membership services.
Maintain close relationships and collaboration with Corporate Brand and Marketing Departments, and property operations teams to ensure the services are delivered. They must also establish strong relationship with the key partners (restaurant, retail, activity, etc)
Minimum Requirements
Five (5) or more year’s previous management experience in sales and marketing within the Travel Industry is required. Prefer candidate with membership sales experience.
