STUDENT SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR: Operational coordinator of student success services, with a focus on daily over sight and management of retention and academic success activites. Oversee ADA/504 documentation, tracking and support services, implement and support effective tutoring, and track and support testing services for incoming and incumbent students. Primary strategist for design, implementation, and assessment of student support plans and performance according to institutional retention goals.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Master’s Degree Education
EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years Professional Education 2-3 years Professional Education
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Tutoring, testing, advising and retention support services. Student service activities, documentation according to early alert parameters. Accommodations support experience. .
