Job Description : We are looking to hire a dog trainer at Robs Dogs LLC. We are a well known trainer here in the valley with a very good reputation for training dogs to the highest standards with the best results. Pay is $20-$35 per hour.Experience is not necessary as we have Rob’s Dogs Training Internship for Professional Dog Trainers. It’s a 160 hour training course that will get you to the beginner levels of training. Once you pass this course you would be offered a job if you show ambition, punctuality, and passion for dog training.Once you have been awarded your Professional Dog Training Certification and wish to work for us pay would start out at $20, after you have been working with us for 3 months pay would be raised to $25 per hour, once you have been working with us for a year pay would be raised to $30 per hour. We will be growing rapidly so there is no limit on room to advance. $60,000-$75000 per year is a realistic salary for a manager of one of our upcoming locations.There is no cost to our Professional Dog Training Internship as long as you commit to working for us once you finish the first month. Of course there is no pay during the initial 160 hours of training.The Professional Dog Training Internship would consist of 80 hours of instruction from one of our trainers. You would be training dogs that stay with us. It also includes an additional 80 hours working with the dogs on your own at our facility and access to our help anytime you have a question. When it comes to dog training you NEED to train dogs and go thru the reps. Books and online videos don’t do much and won’t turn you into a dog trainer. We are known for hands on training.The internship is 160 hours long over the course of 4 weeks. So you would need to be able to start full time.This is a serious career opportunity, there is no room for those who put in half hearted efforts and don’t commit 100 percent. If at any point I see that you lack the ambition to train dogs to our required level then your internship would be revoked immediately with no warning.
