Position : Registrar/Chief Finance Officer/Controller of Examinations
Job Description : Registrar – Serve as the primary institutional manager of student-record information, with responsibility for providing data and analysis to academic and administrative offices concerned with educational policy, curricula, academic performance, and strategic planning, while ensuring the integrity of academic records.Direct the effective service to students and faculty as it pertains to registration, and grade-recording, ensuring sufficient numbers of and training for staff.Coordinate updates and modifications to the student information system related to registration, advisement, academic records, and course entry.Receive, review, and determine academic petition, transfer credit and advanced standing requests, in accordance with faculty policy and in consultation with the Deans and/or Provost, as appropriate.Work with directors and staff concerned with enrollment management, financial aid, student admissions, retention, and student services, to coordinate services, activities, and projects.Chief Financial Officer -Drive the company’s financial planningPerform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investmentsDecide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risksControl and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structureEnsure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operationsSupervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)Manage vendor relationshipsPrepare reliable current and forecasting reportsEnsure compliance with the law and company’s policiesManage team of financial controllers and financial analyst.Controller of Examinations -The Controller of Examinations shall be responsible for conduct of all examinations of the university and it shall be his/her duty to arrange for preparation, scheduling, conduct of examinations of the university and all other contingent matters connected with examinations. The Controller of Examinations in the execution of his/her office shall report to the higher authority periodically on the performance of his/her duties. The Controller of Examination should take earnest efforts to see that all examinations are conducted as per the scheduled academic calendar by the university.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹80,000.00 – ₹130,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Master’s (Required)Experience:Academic/Administrative: 10 years (Required)
