Job Description : CHAT & EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEQ Sciences is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position will resolve problems, answer inquiries, and act as an information source for associates in our field. Our goal is provide to a world-class customer service experience to our distributors and customers.We are currently looking for those who passionate, motivated, and goal-oriented.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Answer email and chat inquiries and resolve concerns by clarifying root problems, researching answers, providing information, and exploring alternative solutions.Fulfill requests, complete transactions, and enter new customer information into the system accurately.Work as an integral part of the call center team.Follow all call center documentation requirements.Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent.Fluent in business-related English.
