Job Description Great interpersonal, time-management and communication skills Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on a company’s success Conflict resolution skills with teamwork spirit Coordinate project management activities, resources, and project requirements management Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, scope, plans and reports Basic experience in project management, from conception to delivery An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project Planner – to monitor working hours, plans Basic experience with project management tools is added advantage (e.g. Basecamp/JIRA) Liaise with clients/key stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives Candidate should possess high level of ability to learn with focused approach in the assigned project
