We pride ourselves on having established trusted relationships with the best vendors in the industry and only work with those who are committed to the same level of quality we are.Job Description:Intermountain Plantings is looking for a motivated individual to participate in our estimating and project management team including project management, estimating, coordination, purchasing, and project administration. This individual will provide direction, strategy and support to project team, field operations, contractor and owner.This position is responsible for continued growth, development, and quality assurance of our landscape projects. At Intermountain Plantings, we have made it our mission to be the best and most sought-after landscaping and maintenance company in the markets we service!Ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, negotiating skills, and landscape construction understanding with the ability to present and deliver sound approaches to projects.Responsibilities:Determine project needs from construction drawings and specificationsSupervise purchasing of irrigation and landscape productsDirect and document pre-construction meetingsPrepare submittals for project presentationsCommunicate project updates with Customer as neededPreparation and review of project billingsPrepare project logistics planningComplete close-out procedures and processes at conclusion of projectReview and approve accounting for project invoicesFollow up and update construction drawings & specificationsCoordinate applicable meetings: pre-construction, status, internal coordination and constructionRequirements:Project management experience, a big plusExperience in landscape management and accounting, a big plusExperienced with Microsoft OfficeExperience reading and understanding construction plans (blueprints) and specificationsStrong communication skillsExperienced with contract language and specificationsFamiliar with local tree and plant materialBenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision Offered,Paid Accrued Time Off,Paid Holidays, 401k Investment Plan OfferedJob Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 – $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Project management: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Preferred)Work Location: One location
