Project Role Description :Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : -Lead team and primarily responsible for Coupa system administration and Application support L1/ L2/L3 -Meeting defined operational KPIs and individual target defined at process level and individual level for incident resolution -Mentor team for solving critical problems, support reporting on the project -Closely collaborate with Client and project team for driving continuous improvement -Gather requirements from Customers and plans, design, implement, test, and document integration
Technical Experience : -5 to 8 years of experience in purchasing system administration and support eg, Coupa, Ariba other ERPs/purchase to pay P2P systems -Domain Experience on Finance and Procurement functional areas eg Supplier mapping, Procure to Pay, -Expenses, Accounts Payable, Invoicing -Knowledge of PL/SQL is preferred and familiarity of working on JIRA/Service now or eq ticketing systems
Professional Attributes : -Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment -Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment -Desire to work in an information systems environment -Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills
Educational Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering Computer Science or equivalent preferred
Additional Information : Cross-trained to work on Coupa Willingness to learn new technologies Open to work in shifts Flex 8
