Job Description : Reports To: Vice President & Executive Producer and Senior Director, Production & Events Department: Marketing
Status: Freelancer/Independent Contractor
Job Overview: The New York Football Giants are seeking a social media producer who will help with the development and creation of video assets for all Giants social platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Tiktok and Youtube. This position requires creation content that will generate audience interaction, conversation, and engagement while keeping up with social trends. This candidate will have an ability to shoot, write, and edit, with motion graphics design as a plus.
Responsibilities/Functions:
Create engaging content from concept to completion, including, but not limited to, producing, shooting, editing and motion graphic treatments to the features
Work with the production and digital team to develop content concepts
Assist producers and editors on all aspects of production
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
2-4 years of relevant experience
Proficient with Adobe Premiere CC, and the entire Adobe Suite including After Effects and Photoshop
Proficient with camera, lighting, and audio equipment
Dynamic and creative team player with a passion for sports
Must be available to work non-typical work hours including nights and weekends
Ability to travel to on-location shoots
Ability to manage tight deadlines and execute on-time and on-task
