Read on because we have the opportunity you’ve been looking for.Specialty Administration Services, located in Brandon, FL, provides superb warranty contract and claims administration services to the heavy-duty truck and automotive industries.We are currently seeking a full-time Claims Adjuster to help support our claims team and our continued business growth. The Claims Adjuster will play an integral part in reviewing repair estimates, inspection reports, supporting documentation, communicating with repair facilities, and ultimately determining coverage.This position is Monday – Friday. Weekends off. We provide a competitive salary commensurate with experience, as well as having major holidays off with pay, health care, and benefits package.Duties/Responsibilities:Auto/HD Truck Claim AdjustingAdministering Warranty ContractsCustomer ServiceAnswering EmailsContacting Customer/Repair FacilitiesRespond to and resolve issues encountered by clients in a timely and positive mannerMaintain an in-depth understanding of our products, clients, systems and applications.Mechanical Claims processing with accuracy and confirming proper coverage on multiple contracts.Collaborating with multiple departmentsTaking inbound calls and making outbound calls in a call center environment. 90% with repair facilities. 10% with customers.Speaking directly with repair facilities on their diagnosesAccurately reviewing of inspection reports & data provided from third party company’s & repair facilities.Skill Sets:Great on the phoneCustomer ServiceClaims AdministrationEngine RepairComputer Knowledge (email, word, adobe acrobat).Strong multitasking abilityAbility to work with frequent interruptions and under deadlinesAbility to work independently and in a team settingAble to adapt to changeExceptional written and verbal communicationAble to adhere to company policies and proceduresComputer experience using multiple windows and applicationsBilingual (English, Spanish) a plusExperience:Customer ServiceClaim AdjusterEngine Repair (Tech)Service AdvisorInsuranceMinimum of 3 years customer service and automotive experience (Examples: Automotive/Diesel technician, Service Advisor, Service Writer, Parts Specialist)Claims Adjudication experience, GAP claims experience.Heavy Duty truck experience a bonus but not requiredEducation:High School diploma or GED requiredCustomer service training a plusEngine repair training a plusASE certification a plus620 Adjuster license a plusJob Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: One location
